Finding the story hiding in the story

There’s an art to looking at Stereograms, 3D images hidden within another picture. In order to see the 3D image, simply stare at the picture until an image shifts into focus.

The process is similar to the work we did in the May workshop: looking at plot vs. story and how to shape a story from the ‘bigger picture’, allowing a shift in focus and seeing what new image starts to take shape. I found some great Stereograms at Eyetricks, and chose a few for fun, to illustrate the concept of the picture inside the picture, the story to be drawn from the bigger story.
