Sue Bust

Night wind woman

Night wind woman enters the still night and blows
Blows gently and the wind is a gentle breeze
carrying salt from the sea into your lungs
and onto your skin.

Night wind woman blows hard and blows up a storm
Slanting, stinging rain till you scream for shelter
She laughs at the sight of you and stops the storm
You laugh with relief.
